I just saw a brief clip from his new film Wind River that looks promising. He holds back tears in this scene, but it seems like it might lay the groundwork for a more intense crying scene at some point.

Got the one from 'Take'. His face isn't visible for most of it, but he makes some lovely crying sounds, and his shoulders shake.

Yeah, that might be his best crying scene. I just can't with the little stifled sobs while he tries not to break down. It's so sad and really effective.
