Because prolific criers should have a dedicated thread to keep things organized.
He's in tears for much of the last fifteen minutes of Black Mirror 'Smithereens'. He does pretty much everything: crumpled face, lip curl, audible sobbing, tears rolling down his cheeks, wet face, even speaking through his tears a lot. While he tries to control his voice enough to speak, he cries pretty openly, and with that lovely English lilt too.

Thank you for all this.  I've quite liked Andrew Scott for some time, but am finally catching up on more of his work and discovering that he is absolutely brilliant (and a phenomenal crier). 
The "Delinquent Season" clip you've linked here is for that other talented Irishman, Cillian Murphy.
