Emily's POV

Unlike Isabel, I decided to wear each colour skirt to see which one I preferred. But I couldn't decide, they all looked so beautiful on me.

After wearing all four, I went back to blue then just for a change wore the green for my next shift.

As it turned out Isabel had also chosen to wear the green that day. We celebrated our accidental match with a hug, tears running down our cheeks.

When we broke the hug, Isabel gave me permission to wipe her tears. Although I would have liked to, I politely declined. She accepted graciously and wiped her face with a tissue

Mirabel was in the shop again today, which was nice. She'd been working more and more days and today Tristan was discussing coffee equipment with her.

Caitlin's POV

While Robyn was in Manchester with Susan and Marie, the Tony Awards arrived.

I sobbed with delight as Evie won her award. As I listened to her gracious speech, my mind flashed back to that first night, remembering the worries at how it might go.

And then we had the unexpected cast change, Beth stepping up to the plate and performing the part of Alex with such emotion and heart. Without the script having learnt the part reading in for Casey, who had been forced upon us by our Deputy Head. His son had not only been a complete block of wood, but he couldn't even learn his lines properly.

It was hardly surprising therefore, that when Evie agreed to publish her play, she changed the central relationship from a straight one to a same sex one. It had been a minor change, but it elevated the story and made it so much better.

A final set of tears streamed down my face. Wiping them away, I got myself some breakfast
