One of these ads popped up in my Facebook feed the other day. The crying is obviously fake, but I thought that those of you who enjoy extreme crying expressions might still be interested.

Apparently it's part of a whole ad campaign where parents cry over stolen Peeps.  Here's an article with a few more images GIFs and a video. http://www.adweek.com/creativity/parents-throw-tantrums-when-kids-steal-their-candy-in-easter-ads-from-peeps/

LOL, nice. Yes, obviously fake crying in ads, as well as comedic crying doesn't turn me on half as much, but they can still entertain in a small way.

Although, there was a TV ad in the U.K. for a music album known as "All Time Classic Tearjerkers", where you see a woman sobbing because her S.O. isn't spending time with her. It's not really serious but the crying doesn't feel comedic. It doesn't feel too fake either, though a little forced. Also - bloody enormous lip curl. I've scoured the internet trying to find it again. It's one of my holy grails.

Ugly crying is pretty crying
