Might be a little past 75 but I know of a few:
Alan Alda in MASH, season 1 'Sometimes You Hear the Bullet'. It's a classic scene.
Shaun Cassidy cries in a few episodes of the 1977 Hardy Boys. He had a cute scene in the Dracula episode that awakened my interest in male crying. There were two scenes in the s3 episode Last Kiss of Summer. I believe there were others but I didn't see the whole series, just a few episodes that were copies of copies of VHS taped off the tv I bought from a superfan on ebay in the early 2000s. I hear the whole series is on DVD now.

Luke Evans had a teary moment or two in Dracula Untold late in the movie after someone close to him dies.

Netflix: the one and only Supernatural which had pretty consistent male tears in every season

Meh, it’s just someone clutching their pearls because they just learned about the existence of sfw kinks, and clearly have never heard of asexual kinks.
Some people are into hands. Do we all don gloves now?

Scene starts at 1:02:54
I like how Benny plays this: noisy and messy and just this side of hysterical.

I've seen so many pics of this guy crying; it's looking like he cries in every project he does. My fave of these new scenes is where his girlfriend comforts him esp when she kisses his face. Reminds me of the cinema scene.

Mike Vogel is a  very cute crier. Too bad there aren't too many scenes with him emotional.  I researched him a bit and I found that he also cries in ep 3 of Childhood's End, season 3 at 33:00 and at 43:00 ( it's the same scene that continues with a memory).

Re-edit : There's a more intense scene with him having a breakdown in The Case for Christ after the character's father death at around  1:30:00.

The Case for Christ scene is my favorite! (I recommend wearing headphones--the video sound is very low.) Men crying about their usually-shitty fathers is a well that never runs dry, does it? And his tears are messy. Lovely.
