Might be a little past 75 but I know of a few:
Alan Alda in MASH, season 1 'Sometimes You Hear the Bullet'. It's a classic scene.
Shaun Cassidy cries in a few episodes of the 1977 Hardy Boys. He had a cute scene in the Dracula episode that awakened my interest in male crying. There were two scenes in the s3 episode Last Kiss of Summer. I believe there were others but I didn't see the whole series, just a few episodes that were copies of copies of VHS taped off the tv I bought from a superfan on ebay in the early 2000s. I hear the whole series is on DVD now.

I've seen so many pics of this guy crying; it's looking like he cries in every project he does. My fave of these new scenes is where his girlfriend comforts him esp when she kisses his face. Reminds me of the cinema scene.

Re-edit : There's a more intense scene with him having a breakdown in The Case for Christ after the character's father death at around 1:30:00.The Case for Christ scene is my favorite! (I recommend wearing headphones--the video sound is very low.) Men crying about their usually-shitty fathers is a well that never runs dry, does it? And his tears are messy. Lovely.
