Their characters have a very intense argument towards the end of the film and break down crying at 1:29:00. Viggo Mortensen's  character is on the verge of crying at  around  1:35:00 as well.

I’m waiting until I can stream it.

I found the cam version here but the crying is rather sparse. Only 2 tearing up scenes overall. The  most significant one is at 1:22 :05 in which hhe tries hard not to cry but 2 tears fall down from his eye. https://ww19.0123movie.net/movie/small-things-like-these-1630857914.html

Psychic–girl, he’s such a lovely crier. He can cry pretty with the single man tears and he can cry ugly with his voice all cracking and stuff.

Very well said. I just can't wait to see a bit more of that versatility which was scarcely shown in Peaky Blinders and in  other movies. It was as if he really wanted to let  himself go all the way but the directors just cut the rawest parts or tried at best, to cover his eyes or veil his crying to some extent. I mean in The Party we see the tears but the image is black and white, in Peaky Blinders some of the most dramatic crying parts are filmed from afar or cut too short and in Aloft he just covers his face  I hope this film goes all the way with that. I heard it's going to be released on the 8th November in  the U.S.Are you going to see it in cinemas or wait for it to appear online ?I read on IMBD a review in which someone hinted at his expressive, unique  way of expressing sorrow  and I thought about him breaking down.

Love these!

I heard he cries in The Science of Sleep as well.

He does at least 2 times as far as I know. But his tears aren't  very visible in those angles.

I think Cillian Murphy will cry a lot in this one an I hope there will be at least 2 major sobbing scenes. What do you think ? There are quite a lot of tense moments in the trailer and at 1:46 he's already shown with a tear streaming down his cheek. https://www.metacritic.com/movie/small-things-like-these/

He has a breakdown scene in Museo at 1:54:00 when his character is seriously scolded for looting a museum. His eyes look  so beautiful when they fill with tears.

Cooper Koch and Nicholas Alexander Chavez have a couple of crying or sobbing scenes in the series Monsters : The Lyle and Erik Menendez Story as the two men get thorough trauma and complicated emotional situations in episodes 4 and 5 in the second half of the ep.  Cooper Koch also starts sobbing  in ep 3 and his tears start pouring from his eyes during this scene at 40:30 and at 44:08.

Curious, did you watch the series because you knew there would be copious tears ahead of time?

I kinda of hoped  there will be some crying scenes at some point because I m familiarised with Menendez brothers' case. I also saw the original testimonies in court and I assumed there would be some crying in the movie too. But I don't watch a film just because of that, I like being taken by surprise most of the time. Sometimes there's less crying  than I expect to see and at other times there's more than I can think about. What baffles me is that I never get really bored or fed up with this aspect of myself and even though I spoilt some fun of actually truly enjoying some emotional parts in films without looking for crying moments I can still connect with the characters or the people involved beyond my little obsession..
