I don't think guys have any idea how much girls cry. At all.
Beautiful memories. But would you say that we underestimate how much girls cry? Because I've known women who cried several times a week.

I like the anticipation too, but sometimes I hype it up too much so the disappointment when I don't see tears is a bit crushing
Oddly enough, I've sometimes felt relieved if they didn't come out.
I remember once in eighth grade math class, sitting next to my friend Patricia and she was stressed out about something or other. She was sulking in her chair holding her head and I was sure she was going to cry. I felt my heart rate increasing and began to feel hot in the face and chest. I heard a few sniffles from her and then, nothing.
I was relieved, because I probably would have found it very hard to take if she had cried. It would have turned me on too much, and I wasn't in a position to be able to enjoy her crying. If it had been the two of us alone with some privacy, where I could have invited her to lean on me and held her while she cried, it would have been different.

Very good stuff. Generalizations though they may be, I always appreciate your attention to detail. It's a pleasure to read.

You can't just end like that. Now I have to know. How do different female athletes cry differently?

A thought occurred to me today. I'm at work and this county is under a tornado watch. In fact, one just touched down in the next county over, where I live.
I knew a girl in college who was deathly afraid of storms. She would get so afraid when under the threat of severe weather. It sounds cruel, but I was always hoping it would push her to tears someday, but as far as I know, that never happened.
Here I am, waiting to see if I'll get blown around today, fantasizing about that girl and I having to huddle up and ride out a twister together while she clings to me sobbing, trusting me to comfort and protect her.

I remember when I was a teenager, I used to get very flustered if I was interacting with a girl in any situation where it seemed likely that she might cry. I would feel hot and bothered, and my heart would start beating faster and my senses seemed like they would sharpen, looking our for the first sign of crying. I used to feel somewhat awkward about it and wonder if others could tell.
Do others here experience very obvious crying arousal, or get some sort of rush from the anticipation?

The woman instantly lowered her head and sobbed about ten times. She had small, oval lips. The last two sobs were especially hard, and that’s when her face really crumpled and her lip finally curled.
I like how you sort of kept count of her sobs. It's something I sometimes find myself considering, consciously or unconsciously.

Her belly was not exposed, but her uniform was quite tight and I saw her abdomen pulsate pretty prominently with each sob.
So hot. I would love to console her, and sit beside her on the bench. I can picture myself on her right side, left arm cuddling around her shoulders and right hand pressed warmly into her belly, feeling her shoulders and belly tremble. I have sometimes noticed that when in that position, the crier has a tendency to put her own hand on top my mine and press it even deeper into her. Love that.

And if you cry in the shower, you can plausibly deny that you're crying at all, it's just the steam that's making your eyes red.
Like the Everly Brothers tune.
If I wait for cloudy skies, you won't know the rain from the tears in my eyes...

Years ago I caught a scene from a movie on PBS (I think). I remember it was a back view of a woman sitting topless in front of a mirror, and she was crying. I remember her face was full of sadness, and you could see her breasts heaving in the mirror as she sobbed. Curious to see it again if anyone knows what it may have been.
Also, did anyone else ever see the video of the girl crying in the shower that I described in my other thread?

I'm glad you like my stories and fantasies.
I have an idea about crying in the shower. I think it's something to do with the relative privacy and heat of the water that makes it feel like a sheltered place. Plus, you can wash your body and mind at the same time.
I've told a few women about my fantasy, but so far the occasion just hasn't come up.
