Tristan’s POV:

A week before Christmas, I tell Enid we could try to expand our business, maybe a booth in a college campus or a shopping center, I could make copies of the most advanced certifications for people to see the quality and mastery behind their drinks. As we are talking, I hear the postman leaving correspondence to me, I tell Enid I’ll be right back.

I pick the correspondence, it’s from the SCA, it’s a letter that says the coffee diplomas are changing and there are new courses available and since I have more than 100 points in the former system, I am eligible to become a trainer.

I turn to look at Enid…

Enid's POV

... I think carefully for a moment. The coffee shop was doing well, the only problem was we didn't really have the money to expand, or the staff for that matter

We certainly couldn't do both.

I knew though that Tristan would like to become a coffee trainer, it would undoubtedly bring in some extra money

'Could you train Isabel to make our special drinks?'

Tristan nodded.

'We don't currently have the money or the resources for an extra outlet' I informed him. 'But you could become a trainer. We need to talk it over with Kim though before we decide. She is our manager after all, she deserves to know'

Emily's POV

I was in the changing room after work putting my boots and coat on ready to leave when Isabel came in

'Hey Em' she said 'I'm going Christmas shopping, do you want to join me'

I considered the offer as I zipped my boots up. It would be nice to go, but I was still trying not to get too close to my new work colleague. Now Poppy had a new boyfriend I wasn't as worried going out for a walk with her, but I didn't know about Isabel

However I did need to get some presents still so I agreed.

'I know a good place' Isabel said 'I'll meet you in the car'

She left the changing room as a tear ran down my left cheek. Wiping it away I followed her out to her car

 
I decided to ask Emily to go Christmas shopping with me to which she readily agreed. I was happy to have company especially since I wanted to get to know her a bit better. I decided to show her a place I really liked to go shopping so I agreed to drive her there with me.

As soon as Emily got into my car I couldn't help notice how tonned her calves looked in her boots. I really didn't want to make our trip uncomfortable seeing as how we were just getting to know each other; although in the back of my mind I was wondering if she was straight or not.

"So how are you planning on spending your Christmas?" I asked Emily causally trying to fill the silence.

Anna's pov:

It only takes a min for both William and I to reach peak him filling my mouth as I bathe his. We both slump, exhausted.

After another nearly perfect month Annabelle turns one.

"I'd love to have a big party for Annabelle if you think it's a good idea too. I mean she only turns one once." I blurt out happily to William over dinner one night. "I mean I know she won't remember it but we can take lots of pictures and videos." I finish excitedly trying not to ramble.

Isabel's pov:

Emily quickly told me she was spending Christmas with her partner Anna. A bit confused I blurted out and asked her if it was William's Anna. But luckily she didn't take it too hard and just explained thai it wasn't. Slightly disappointed (she wasn't single) I still couldn't help from admiring how nice she looked in her boots from the corner of my.eye. instead, however, of making things awkward for her we continued our Smalltalk  as I drove to the shopping center.

As soon as we arrived Emily asked if we could meet in 60min at the food court. A little disappointed we wouldn't be shopping together I agreed to stave off any awkwardness I would create if I disagreed.

William’s POV:

As Anna and I both try to keep a healthy balance between family and work (if we don’t work we don’t eat it we don’t want to risk family either), we decide to go for a walk in the park, Annabelle is taken care of by Anna’s parents.

Since it’s one of the last warm days because autumn just started, Anna and I choose our favorite shorts, knowing we’ll store them for the winter and head to the park.

As we are walking in the park, planning Anabelle’s first birthday party, a couple of teenagers (15-18 year old), who seem to be more than friends, playfully tease the people in the park, the girl smiles and giggles as she lightly passes by couples that are having an ice cream or drinks and the guy swiftly tousles the hair of girls and pulls pants in a playful manner. Anna and I are walking around distracted, away from the center of the park, far from the crowds, never expecting to be the target of the couple of teenagers, the teenagers gain speed as they see us walking side by side but with some distance.

The pair of teens know they are being watched by other bystanders who noticed their earlier pranks, so they split, the guy separates from the girl, taking a detour to meet her in a trajectory that goes from behind us, and the girl makes a few circles, waiting for him to make the turn.

When they are in front of each other, about 100 feet away, they start their trajectory towards us. When they are about five feet from us, I turn to the front, seeing the girl crouching, never expecting to take her partner’s hand and make a circle around us, extending their hands to keep balance, but at the same time, patting Anna’s quads and my hamstrings with force.

(Does her muscles resist the impact without jiggling, do they give in and jiggle with the impact? does Anna choose to flex her muscles to try to prevent them from jiggling, does she keep them relaxed, not caring if they jiggle or resist firmly or does she not have time to react?)
