As soon as we enter the apartment we are greeted by the landlord. I quickly step in front of him trying to discretely hide his tent. We are then shown around the apartment. It seems nice, a tad smaller than I expected but still nice. Towards the end of the tour we were informed that we weren't the only ones interested in the place. We were asked a few last min questions to access our actual interest, financial means/stability etc.

"I'm sorry to bother you but before we continue would it be possible to use the facilities?" He asks a bit more nervous than I was expecting.

As we were given directions to the bathroom he whispered to me. "I don't want to screw up our potential but have to do something about this." I understood exactly what he was referring to.

As soon as we enter the bathroom he hurriedly asks me what I had in mind as we were short on time.

"I'm interested in whatever helps your "problem" the fastest. What would you prefer?" I asked him hoping he'd decide quickly to avoid too much suspicion.

Without saying a word I grab his hand and lead him to the toilet motioning for him to sit down. As soon as he's seated I quickly remove my shorts while he unzips. I then sit down on his lap and throw my calves on his shoulders feeling him almost instantly grab my quads firmly making a slapping sound. I wait for him to enter and set the pace.

As soon as he enters he whispers asking if I'm turned on or if I'm doing this just to please/help him.

I guess my thighs were too much for him as I almost immediately felt him reach the point of no return, filling me up. It took no more than three min.

Only a few sec later i felt him remove my calves from his shoulders. I was happy he was satisfied. As quickly as we started, I hopped off his lap, put my shorts back on and we left the bathroom hoping no-one was any the wiser of our actions.
