I felt my face flush a little, embarrassed as we leave the bathroom. We are told there is another couple interested in the apartment and we'd be contacted later in the week. We leave our contact info and return to the car.

"I hope you don't mind spending another few days in my place." I say as I grab his hand on our walk to the car.

As we walk hand in hand to the car he confesses he hopes we are the ones who get the apartment as he doesn't think he can take more than two days at my place as it reminds him of my ex too much.

"Well lucky for you, although your things are currently in my place they haven't been unpacked yet. All we have to do is load up the car again... That's another story for my things, however..." I said trailing off mid thought as we get into the car.

As soon as we are both seated I immediately feel him drop his hand on my thigh, making them jiggle despite my jeans.

He continues asking me if I'd like him to help me pack my things as that's all thats left as his are currently in boxes at my place and although we haven't officially gotten the apartment he's holding out hope as he wants to move as soon/quick as possible.

"Why don't we wait for the official word. I mean with the two of us it shouldn't take very long." I begin slowly knowing that's not what he wanted to hear. "I understand how frustrated you are about having to stay with me in the house that my ex used to live, but it's better than you staying at your old place as your ex is currently staying there. Besides at least we're together in the same place." I finish trying to console him as best I could.

He explaines that he understands my point but still wants to start over. I then Ser him mean in and feel him place a hand on my thigh as he shakes and jiggles it.

"Well lets just pray we get the place." I say smiling at him.

After having a quick dinner we go to bed and cuddle to sleep hoping to hear good news. The week goes by uneventfully with just us going to work. The folkowing weekend he asks me if I'd like to visit the beach. Although a few hrs away I excitedly squeal "Yes!" I quickly get set packing my bag (towel, sunscreen, water etc) and pick out a bathing suit to wear.
