Emily's POV
Me and Isabel had our traditional welcome back hug when I arrived. I was in red and she had the canary yellow skirt on
'It's so good to see you' I told her, tears streaming down my face.
'Likewise' my best friend replied. Tears began running down her cheeks. We took our coats off and filled each other in on our respective holidays, drinking in each other's tear stained faces.
I was very intrigued about our new co worker.
'I think she's straight though' Isabel said a little sad. 'She seems to like Tristan more. She's not much of a crier either, which is a bit of a bummer. Wait till you see her, you'll be wanting to see tears stream down her face too'
We wiped and cleaned our cheeks free of any lingering tears and went out onto the floor

Sophie's POV
Me and the girls were glad Kate had managed to find herself another job after the unceremonious cancellation of a previous audition. Although it was for a mini series and not a film like she had hoped, it was a big role nonetheless and as always she was determined to do it right
That still didn't prevent us though from getting upset when we heard the full circumstances.
'I mean how insecure can you get' Samantha told us one afternoon. Tears were streaming down her face
'I know right' I replied. Tears were running down my cheeks too, but that might partly be because Kirsty was playing with my hair.
Damien chipped in with his opinion. I got the feeling - Although he probably wouldn't want to admit it - that he secretly enjoyed all of us crying.
Samantha wiped her tears, kissed Damien on the lips and went to get us some more soda

Billie's POV
It didn't take long following our Valentine's trip to Atlanta before we were thinking about our next adventure. While I had been exploring Metro stations, Gemma had met some hikers who were about to start hiking the Applachian Trail, the southern start point was near Atlanta
Gemma was seriously considering doing it, and she mentioned it to me at breakfast one morning. She asked me if I wanted to accompany her.
'Don't say yes immediately' she warned 'Think about it very carefully' However I noticed her eyes were full of tears and I knew she would love it if I said yes.
I considered it for a full week, making sure I did the necessary research. It was going to be a very hard challenge and not something to do unprepared. But as I looked into it further it sounded amazing
Finally after eight days or so, I told Gemma the good news. I would love to accompany her on the Applachian Trail
Tears streamed down her face as she gave me a loving hug. It was an emotional moment for me too and tears streamed down my face as well. We broke the hug and exchanged a passionate kiss

Claire’s POV
On a day off from work, I was taking the opportunity to look round my favourite DVD shop to see if there were any good movies I could get
My boots gently thumped on the carpeted floor as I walked round. There were a few copies of The Great Escape on the shelf. The remake had not been popular on its original release. Fans of the 1962 movie had refused to go see it, and it had unfortunately been labelled 'woke' when the director had mentioned its diverse casting in an interview
As a result many thought it would have female characters and black actors, when the opposite was true. It had Polish, German, English and a few other nationalities according to reports.
It was to my regret that I was one of those people who didn't wish to see it. The 1962 version was one of my favourite childhood movies. However I had learned since that it had been nominated for six Oscar's including Best Picture and Best Director and decided to give it a chance.
I heard Poppy's voice behind me. Jen's best friend had recently become engaged to her boyfriend Amit.
'It's so good to see you' she said, tears streaming down her face. 'Has Jen told you the good news'
'Yes, she has' I replied. Tears ran down my cheeks as I gave her a hug. 'Congratulations to you both'
'It was my, you know' Poppy whispered as we both wiped our tears. I suggested I return the favour, but she declined.
'Are you sure' I asked her 'The living room is a good candidate and it's double glazed'
Poppy told me she'd think about it and we queued up to pay for our purchases

Enid's POV
My latest customer mouthed a thank you as I put her meal in front of her. As she did so, tears ran down her cheeks. Her earbuds were visible in her ears, so clearly she was listening to something that made her cry.
I was feeling quite starved of crying observations lately. Mirabelle was travelling for a month before she took up her new post in Jarrod's school and to my disappointment the girls in the shop didn't want to cry either. Narinda didn't seem much of a crier and Emily and Isabel saved their tears for each other.
Although on the one hand it was kind of lucky Narinda didn't want to cry much. She was Asian and her tears would look amazing on her darker face. Which would probably make her more beautiful than she was already.
She seemed to like Tristan a lot too. My husband was very flirty with her which helped a lot. Much like with Isolde he couldn't resist giving her hair a stroke.
We were in a quiet patch, so I sneaked away to a private corner to watch a YT short of Jade Picon crying

Robyn's POV
Me and Caitlin were in New York for a brief four day stop-over so we could see Susan and attend Poppy and Amit's engagement party. At baggage reclaim I saw someone give me an enthusiastic wave. My eyes filled with tears as I recognised Marie
We gave each other a hug, tears running down our cheeks.
'It's so nice to see you both' she greeted, her tears still falling as she greeted Caitlin who also started to cry, tears streaming down her face
We wiped our tears and collected our bags and made our way to arrivals where Susan was waiting. With tears streaming down her face, she gave us all a loving hug and we piled into her father's van for the trip to her house across the state border into New Jersey
The girls were very interested to hear Gemma and Billie were hiking the Appalachian Trail. Both Susan and Marie loved to spend some time outdoors with their respective partners, but weren't sure we could do a 2100 mile trail
When we finally arrived me and Caitlin had tears running down our cheeks as we travelled up the driveway to Susan's house. It was such a special place. We parked up and went to our rooms

Lucy's POV
'Hold on' I told my wife, giving her a kiss. 'Let me put my boots on'
Hannah gave me a look of purest pleasure as I zipped my boots onto my legs. I hardly wore them with my work uniform, but when I did, they looked really nice.
I went over to the sofa and sat down my booted legs tucked under me and Hannah began the process of undoing my voluminous bun.
As she did so my eyes began filling with tears. She let the loose fronds fall and started to play with my hair as tears ran down my cheeks. I hadn't cried for a while and it felt so good!
Hannah continued playing for a few minutes, my tears still falling. After she had had her fill, she tied it back in a low ponytail for me.
I wiped my tears and as we changed places, I saw a drying tear on Hannah’s left cheek.
'I couldn't stop it' my wife explained. 'It just streamed down my face without any warning'
I cleaned it off her cheek and we had a passionate kiss. Then it was Hannah’s turn to sit on the sofa. After zipping her boots onto her legs, she took her position and I gently took her hair put and started running my fingers through the fronds, hoping a tear would stream down my face too

Hannah's POV
I closed my eyes as Lucy started playing with my loose hair. Tears silently ran down my cheeks and I luxuriated in the feeling of wetness on my face.
I re-opened my eyes and wiped my tears allowing another pair to fall. Lucy expertly tied my hair back into a bun and I wiped my tears again.
Lucy had been crying also, a drying tear was visible on the left side of her face. We curled up on the sofa and began gently kissing passionately, our hair playing sessions had made us both frisky.
We stopped kissing and started fondling each other's booted legs as we filled ourselves in on our respective days. Lucy gently pushing my jeans upwards, so she could play with my boot zips. As she pulled the first zip downwards then up, my eyes filled with tears again. As she started on the second zip they streamed down my face.
Emboldened I too ran my hands up Lucy's boots. Hers were more accessible as she was wearing her work dress. Nevertheless when I started playing with her boot zips, tears began streaming down her face too.
We wiped each other's tears again, gave each other a final kiss and got ready to have some dinner

Kate's POV
'Hi everyone' I greeted as I got on the minibus to take me to set for the first day of shooting The Rose and The Yew Tree.
There was a chorus of 'Hello Kate' as I walked down to my seat, tears running down my cheeks.
I was so happy to get started. I was a little nervous knowing that Evie would be watching the finished product, but was very glad to start filming my first limited series.
Even better Rachel was coming with me. She'd managed to get a company transfer as there was another hotel in St. Loo where we were making the show. Having her along was just perfect. I was so grateful for the sacrifices she was making for me.
'I'll always go where you go' she told me, tears streaming down her face.
I wiped my tears and chatted with my co-stars as we journeyed to base camp to start the day

Caitlin's POV
Once me and Robyn had attended Poppy and Amit's engagement party, we flew to Bellingham to see Sadie and the girls.
It was a simple party at one of New Jersey's top restaurants but it was a nice celebration nonetheless. The recently engaged couple were very happy and Poppy shed lots of tears during the night.
Jen and Claire knowing that we both liked our movies, recommended The Great Escape remake to us.
'It's so good' Claire had explained, tears running down her cheeks. 'It's very tense and stressful but you will like it'
At the airport in Bellingham, Liz and Sadie picked us up. Robyn was so pleased to see her pen pal and the girls had tears streaming down their faces as they shared a hug.
'It's lovely to see you again' Sadie greeted, her tears continuing to fall as she gave me a hug.
I couldn't help getting caught up in the emotional moment and tears began to run down my cheeks. Even Liz was crying too, tears streaming down her face
We all wiped our tears and piled into the car for the journey to our motel. Sadie told us the gang were very interested to hear about my sisters upcoming projects
