Jarrod asks if I'd like a Hinano as we walk along the beach. Although not much of a drinker I agree to enjoy one. We continue to walk along the beach a Hinano in one hand and Jarrod in my other, Jackson in his other hand. Being in Stockholm was lovely and I was very excited to go on the Stieg Larsson tour. I had taken the first book with me to America and over the course of my stay had slowly read it to the end.
I had also made a couple of decisions.
'I've decided not to extend my theatre membership for another year' I told my wife during lunch one day. Tears began running down my cheeks. 'It was good for me to join while I was establishing myself, but I've got the feeling I'm going to be quite popular when The Library of Echoes comes out and I think it's time to move on'
I wiped my tears away, and a fresh pair ran down my cheeks to replace them.
Rachel was crying too, tears streaming down her face. She took my hands and tenderly played with my fingers. I added that I also wanted to only do one project next year if our finances would allow me too.

Me and Gemma had made it to the Sierra Nevada section of the PCT on the 22nd of August. This was excellent news as we could slow our pace down to 15 mile days. As long as we left before October we would be fine and miss the snow.
The views were amazing and me and my partner regularly had tears streaming down our faces at the beautiful sights
I was still writing my trip diaries and Gemma suggested I publish them. I had considered it, but I was waiting until we had hiked the Continental Divide Trail before making a concrete decision
