It was the final full day of our trip to San Francisco. The four of us had a lovely time visiting places made famous in films like Bullitt and Dirty Harry and me and Poppy even had chance to visit all the BART metro stations
The last thing on the list was a trip down Market Street on a tram to the station so Poppy could film it. It took about seven tries, but eventually she got a take she was happy with.
'I'm so glad we did this' she told me and Claire as we parted from her and Amit - Claire had to be back in NY to deal with a crisis at work. We both gave Poppy a hug goodbye as tears ran down our cheeks. Poppy cried too, tears spilling down her face. We agreed to meet up again for another film marathon and me and Claire got on another train to travel to the airport
