Which episodes stand out the most?

It's a short series of only 4 episodes. The first episode hits the jackpot immediately with about 3 or 4 short scenes. The rest of the episodes don't have any as far as I'm aware of.

There are 2 short scenes with Benedict Cumberbatch in the movie The Electrical Life of Louis Wain.

In the first you can clearly see the tears fall down and in the second he's sobbing his eyes out.

The last one is very short however. It should've lasted a bit longer imho.

It's very subtle though and only lasts about 5 seconds. But it's such a shame he's turned away from the camera. He's such a great crier.

I was really surprised to see that scene since I did know about the two scenes you'd posted.

It was good according to my metric. His eyes spend some times just real wet, he does the unsteady voice, anguished expression, tears down his face, and audible sobbing. I found it quite similar (if a bit less intense) to his scene in The Fountain.

Sounds good to me too. I really liked that scene in The Fountain too. Thanks for sharing.

Hugh Jackman cries and sobs in the new movie Reminiscence during the climax. I was just thinking before watching it 'gee, he does such great crying in The Fountain--has he done other crying scenes?' And here he is.

I'd love to see that. Unfortunately the movie is not yet available in my country.

But was the scene any good? It does sound promising.

It counts! What's happening in the scene?

Warning: spoiler and possible trigger for some people:

It's a follow-up from your last scene, he's lying in bed with his partner and knowing what his partner is about to do, he finds it hard to let go of him and so does his partner. So his partner is hugging him whilst in bed, and he is laying on his chest with his head turned away from the camera.  And towards the end of the scene you can hear him sniffling and sobbing.

It's like in the last 10/15 minutes of the movie.

There's also a scene towards the end of the movie where he can be heard sniffling and sobbing but unfortunately his face is turned away from the viewer. It's very brief however.

But it's such a great movie.  I've finally been able to lay my hands on the dvd in my country. Really worth the wait though.

Hi Phoebe.  Thanks again for sharing. Unfortunately the last link doesn't work, it says I have to ask permission to view.  Just letting you know.

But again, thanks so much I haven't seen most of these before.
