Van Heflin has 2 distinct crying scenes in Johnny Eager (1941). I simply love the way he cries in this one.

I really hope this won't be removed by the site administrator. Please,ThorNorth , not all of us are actual fetishists, more likely emotional junkies ! 10 to 12 years ago I found a very short, blurry clip on Youtube about Steve Irwin mourning intensely the death of one of his beloved crocodiles and I really tried over and over again to see if I can find the clip in a better resolution or at least somewhere else. I couldn't find it anywhere else thinking that maybe it's not part of his Crocodile Hunter series. I was duped by the fact that two morrons had made a parody by separating one part from the original episode and it took me years to get sufficient details to put the pieces of the puzzle together and actually find the whole thing. This was that section :
Last night I found the episode from the series Crocodile Hunter Diaries - Mary's Farewell ( by googling Crocodile Hunter Diaries and the word ''Mary'' ) on Youtube and surprise, surprise a third of that episode is actually dedicated to mourning and preparing a symbolic funeral for a crocodile. It was a very unusual episode at the end of which Steve apologized for being so sad as he was usually a total different person. I never even dreamed of seeing him able to cry like that and film it as a part of his show though I knew he would get emotional in other interviews as well. He was really an amazing man !
It starts at about 30:00 min when he finds the body of the crocodile in the same position as the night before. After he checks it, he bursts into tears immediately, sobbing, hovering over the crocodile and then he talks through his sobs by looking at the camera. This part continues for 5 more minutes while he takes the crocodile out of the water and he gets comforted by his wife and a friend who helps him put the dead crocodile in his car. He breaks down one more time, wiping his nose and sighing. At 35:35 the sequence of events is interrupted

Austin Butler has a very nice but short sobbing scene at the end of The Bikeriders.

I recommend you watching the series Death's Game. It has intense, compelling crying from the lead character in almost every episode and the breakdown parts are filmed in a very unique and detailed way. way. The story never gets dull anyway. Other characters cry or sob as well through all of it.
As far as the hotness goes I personally think South Koreans are rather hot but of course not all of them but men look kind of effeminate and cry really easily or at least after minimal self restraint.

I was browsing for interesting crying scenes recently and I found one a bit odd in this series. The main character (a Chinese actor whose name couldn't find yet) in the film starts crying while eating in a restaurant for some unknown reason and a woman comes in front of him and catches him by surprise, noticing his tears. I like their reactions a lot at that point. I found this part very well made and I'm looking forward to see or find others as well.
( ep 8, 45:52)

I remember that someone around here was talking about his sobbing parts in the Guilty in which he's heard crying but there aren't any scenes in which he could be seen. I found a short scene in this film in which he breaks down and makes similar noises as in Guilty but there are visuals of it as well
. ( the scenes is at 1:14:39)

Jake Gyllenhaal has a very short sobbing scene in the series Presumed Innocent in the second ep. I think his character is about a very depressed man who cheats on his wife and wreaks havoc around him. I assume there'll be plenty of upcoming crying scenes .

Benedict Cumberbatch has a few amazing crying scenes in Eric. I have just seen 3 episodes and in the third one he has a full breaking down scene while talking in an interrogation room and oh boy, that scene is stellar in terms of tears streaming down, red rimmed eyes, shaking voice and sniffles. Another one is in ep 4 or 5 towards the end. It's another sobbing scene but it's filmed in such a way that it diminishes the details and expressivity of the actor's crying moment.
Maybe he did this thing as well, but anyway his crying scenes are always great :
